Pure speculation -
Runway relatively short
Winds high, gusty, crossed
Configuration normal for landing
Airspeed a bit higher than normal due to winds
touched down just a tad longer than desired. Pilot eager to stop asap selects hard reverse. #2 prop reverses, #1 does not. Aircraft turns hard right and exits runway.
