Any traction on this?

The concept of a group action was lost to legal demands of cash up front and no central theme to attack. Such is the borderline narcissism and apathy situation the industry faces when you put a mob of "alpha males" into one room. (and females I guess).

CASA have been exploiting this for years and have infiltrated just about every "representative" body established. Indeed they appear to have a "CASA/ PPRune Defense Team" to frustrate things here.

From the group of several hundred responses a Cadre or core of individuals under no organizational structure would appear to have made very successful inroads into The Senate Estimates" hearings. You can see examples on a daily basis of regulatory acts of interference, bastardry, rule changing or misinterpretation, deceit and outright refusal to co-operate, taking questions on notice, stalling, loosing evidence and general deck chair shuffling.

I believe this Cadre of individuals under no structural mantle has achieved more than every "representative organization" has or indeed attempted.

There was a brief time when one of our posters on PPRune actively read and commented on every NPRM put forth and under his stewardship of one "representative organization" did achieve much. He still acts in a private capacity doing the same. Unfortunately he was ridiculed at most every step by pisants who to this day actively try to frustrate his efforts.

In answer to your question, the "movement" evolved into that Cadre and from the hundreds that responded, (including many drones), narrowed things to a task group prepared to do research and write documents for government presentation.

*No Lawyers were hurt in this process. indeed, no Lawyers, including tame ones, made any money out of people already on the verge of CASA induced bankruptcy. (CIB).
