on the contrary, I'm bagging the operators here.
Know some people at JHAS and have an understanding of the pressures and constraints that the guys and gals work under in relation to customer operators,
I believe that JHAS do a sterling job, all things considered.
My point is where is the regulator when these "situations" occur???
