Hi everyone. This is really an interesting subject, and i'd like to jump in the conversation by asking a few questions myself: 1- If you have an FAA license (CPL or IR), would you actually keep your license and fly with validation or would the hiring company give you a local license ? 2- In the case you fly under validation, most probably you would have to keep your FAA current, in order to do that would you have to go every time to the states to do your simulators or do they have approved FAA sims and TRI/TRE to make your recurrent and skill test there ? Just curious
