Very much doubt it. It would work for their corporate charters but starting up a new airport requires very big pockets and time. Oxford and cambridge aren't major successes. Southend too but easyJet has the money and time to make it work. BM most likely need cash and now. Biggin, Northolt or similar are not going to happen.
