Don't assume its just Easyjet market share NAS are after at LGW. Both BA & Monarch are very much on the radar, BA economy passengers are low hanging fruit, I have flown with both from LGW & NAS beat them hands down in terms of on time dispatch, the flights are quicker (than CL) and the standard economy offering on BA is nothing special plus NAS have WiFi.
Monarch are also losing market share to DY at LGW, 90% of the growth at LGW was delivered by DY this past period.
Going daily to TFS is a statement of intent, whilst BA won't lose to much sleep over DY at LGW ZB will be watching very closely
