CP, quite a few of them require a certain vertical profile as well as lateral track. LLBG springs to mind.
Some of these may eventually be replaced by RNP-AR approaches, the RF-legs will give very good flexibility, and the V-RNAV and TLV would be awsom with just one long turn to final :-p
