Forgot to ask the Dr about the paper clip trick., x-rays reveal a hairline fracture along the length of the last bone, almost back to the joint, had it been any longer, it would require surgery to wire it together...

Shame to lose so much of my new found fitness, 'cos I'm going to have to take it a little easy for a month!
