When I see some of the new Shannon routes, I'm guessing it could be part of joint Shannon/Cork strategy from Ryanair. I feel they have already decided the new routes from both Shannon and Cork. So if particular "dead certs" were missing from the Shannon announcement, they're probably planned for Cork. In the same line of thought, Cork will not be getting Berlin or Memmingem for example.
