Don't we just have to looooove the dear colleague on the main fleet, with his nice 5 digit seniority, bidding for the flight everyone desperately wants before it goes to the dugong, getting the flight due to his age, and subsequently offering the flight for days off only!!!!!

That's the anti-spirit of a bidding system already stripped to the absurd by the company.
