With Ryanair launching Shannon-Faro, I can't see Aer Lingus staying on the route. I dont' think it will make much difference to Cork anyway.
The main concerns for Cork from their Shannon announcement are Munich and Nice.
Paris can take the extra volume. Prices are ridiculous from Cork anyway; it co-existed with the route from Shannon previously. Probably it will make an increase in frequency less likely.
