I don't think that staff have any objection whatsoever to T3 making a profit - it would be extremely concerning if T3 didn't make a profit. What the staff object to (especially as the company DOES make profit), is being worked increasingly hard year upon year, with no pay rise or improvement in working conditions, hearing that latest management recruits consider us to be over-crewed , whilst the only direct communication from very senior management consists of, "Are you sure that you are doing your best?".
I believe that many staff are sick of working themselves to a standstill and gradually destroying their home/family life - especially as their efforts are so obviously dismissed by management as being insufficient and/or an irrelevance.
