Recall having a bite of lunch at the big base at Silverdale, thinking that A Certain Company was rorting the system by their pilots leaving the engines running while they sat under a tree having lunch or a nap - and billing the engine time to RFS.
Was there myself flying a 206 with Helimuster (remember them?) which was burning and turning for 12 hours one day but I only unstrapped for the odd toilet break.
