Are you talking about the logistics of shipping/ferrying or the problems with airworthiness approval?

Shipping in a container is very straightforward, and ferrying is also possible, but not ideal in winter time.

If it has previously been registered in the US, then getting it reinstated should be OK. If not, then it could be quite problematic to get it approved.
I understand that it must have logged at least 100 hours if being imported to Canada as a homebuilt.

It's quite unusual for exports to go back to the US as the local market is generally a better option.
