With north american pilots looking to head back (united to lure back furloughed pilots & others to follow soon due to pilots' shortage there , besides many openings coming up in Canada). Chinese carriers offering better money with european, Australian & american bases. Anticipating this upcoming attrition, new joiners may expect command within 4 years ....
