Captain Klutz you are probably right, nothing much has changed at Eastern in the last 5 years. Except now the answer to those 2 questions is yes, and those in management who are too arrogant to see that a little respect goes far are about to reap what they have sown for such a long, long time.
And as usual it will be the positive can do attitude of the crews that will be relied upon to save the day. Meanwhile Nero continues to play the fiddle while Rome burns....
