Ok I got the same offer and I called up and talked to the landline number posted in their website. You don't have to pay upfront you can pay them after reaching manila and visiting their office you just need to pay a security deposit of 3000usd at the time of interview and attend the interview they will refun the amount if i dont clear. I asked them if i can tour their hangar and look at their aircraft in Manila before I decide and they were ok with it. Contract is for an year and is renewable.
