I called up the number on their website. Spoke to some lady who didnt fully understand for whom she was working for. Eventually she played along and gave me a number for Capt Ramil Rivera the Chief Pilot. I then called him and he seemed like a friendly person and said they have an interview coming up on the 17th and that there is a 3000USD refundable fee in case you fail. He said there are only 4 slots remaining and they require a interview fee to confirm the candidates slot. I asked if a skype interview was possible and he said it may be possible but he can almost always tell if the candidate is good enough just by their resume. I'm no expert on scams or whatever but I was unable to find any info on the airline except that it is a subsidiary of Chief Pilots other airline some South Phoenix Airlines also in the Philippines.
Scam or no scam.... I dont know. I just thought I'd share my experience.
