VORTICES
Apart from spacing and time lag procedures has any research been done on inhibiting vortices?
Are vortices clearly visible or only felt or seen by aircraft reaction.
Would paint/colour agents released at wingtips make vortex visible for 5 minutes or it's duration ? Would this illustrate it's power or danger to following aircraft?
Do ATC take into account weight/size of craft ahead of smaller ones and wind stats for take off and landing?
