If you read the threads regarding Ryanair, you hear an awful lot of modular trained pilots moaning that Ryanair seem to have a huge preference for (a) the under thirties and (b) Oxford cadets.
Still also waiting to hear about these TP operators with requirements of up to 50 cadet pilots per year.
