NR, people have been saying that for years and it might even happen one day. The fact is that whilst the management have taken liberties with new joiners, they havn't attempted to attack captain's T's and C's (with one exception which was swiftly repelled). Salaries have kept pace with inflation through the worst recession in living memory and have actually been significantly enhanced over the last two years by the addition of a profit based bonus scheme.
You could be right though. The future is hard to predict. The current contract might not be here in 10 years time. Easyjet might not be here in 10 years time. Either way you will become even more unbearable.
