In BA, visits to the flight deck during flight are no longer allowed.
However, as
Pandora has said, once the aircraft is parked on stand and the engines are shut down, then flight deck visits are still allowed, at the Captain’s discretion. Most will happily permit them, and on my fleet, flight deck visits take place after nearly every flight.
