You do not need a degree to be a professional pilot in Europe.

Commercial flying training is expensive.

Pprune and Google both have search functions.

That Lithuanian MEng looks fantastic. I would be surprised if you find anything better anywhere. I imagine however that it's very selective and extremely tough. As it should be.
