You are missing the point - they post a 1 sentence summary with a link to the article which you read for 5 minutes if it interests you.

Not missing the point at all. In my view depending on services such as twitter says more about some in the aviation community.
I would suggest that those in the aviation community who have an actual need for CASA information will already be registered with the CASA web site, and all requested material will just arrive in your in-box, without the need to interpose twitter or similar.
