Interesting point to note. If JQ takes the A320s that JHAS does now, and BAE take the Tiger A320s that JHAS does now, isn't that a clear case of transmission of business? And if so any JHAS guys that go to either JQ, Corr, or BAE, by law have their current employment conditions protected to a "no less favourable" position?
