How about a hypothetical conversation with an Airbus test pilot -
'How did you determine Va'
Oh we did not do that. Our Engineers did. And they used the very same and old formula you find in Books for 100 Years...
Va = Vs * sqrt(n).
No Rocket Science, not brand related.
