'bagus' what do you mean getting dirtier ? It couldn't get any dirtier it's already a now very fractured industry with multiple problems at all levels, dirty doesn't even fit the title anymore of what's wrong with the aviation industry here in this so called lucky country!!
I really feel for the engineers they must have such an uncertain future, pretty much the same for most industries these days.
The 'top' problem these days is that the aviation business is there purely for one reason, to feed the fat cats at the top & the share holders, the latter to return the best $$$ at ANY cost.
The benefits of jobs, OTP & good 'ole fashion service is at the bottom of the fat cats lists due to the now high level of management to employees disengagement level!
