Appalling customer service, never answer the telephone, often ignore emails, no response to requests for up to date delivery dates. Ordered 1/8/13 and no sign of goods, will not hold my breath to get my money back
Beware of ordering on line...check by telephone first...if you can get anyone to answer it...they often have problems with many of their 'systems' !!!!!!!
