How effective is casa in social media

To demonstrate this, this thread, which was started at 11:40 today has head 552 views of a new thread in just four hours [this one!!]

The skull boasts of 2000 followers on t.w.i.t.t.e.r but this is less that 1 in 9 of the current pilot population!!!

The skull's newsletter 13,000 subscribers, which is not much over half of the current pilot population!!!

Flight Safety Australia has 60,000 subscribers and as we know is slow to upload, difficult to read and the 60,000 does not tell us how many go from the link [which is all that is provided] to actually downloading the actual "publication" [difficult to read on the "loo"] anyway in it's current form, slow to download and olnly gives out what skull want's us to "know" anyway!!

The direction from the skull's newsletter is:

Subscribe to Flight Safety Australia, the CASA Briefing or email services, follow us on Twitter and watch us on YouTube.

Nowhere does it say "We would appreciate your inputs and we will integrate them into what we are doing and we will communicate back with you..."
