There's a fine line defending a policy as opposed to understanding why it's there...and NO...when you're sponsored into a foreign country, and they have a rule that one is well aware of before they join...then so be it...not possible for me to have Stockholm syndrome..because I don't work there, so I'm not subject to that rule...is it a great rule that I agree with??..not particularly...but the reason it's there is totally understandable...
