yes it's tiring but it's up to the person involved to make the right decision.
Then the regulations need changing because it shouldn't be up to a controller to accept x amount of dollars to work ten in a row. If someone offered me twenty grand I'd fly ten shifts in a row as well. That's why the regs need to be there to prevent it.
