Yes I was there for 2 years. It's old and tired and some of the residents didn't help by failing to mix or keep the place and their kids in order.
They were supposed to be moving to a new site in 2008 but that seems to have been shelved. Try 6 n 6 at first and only then would I suggest you go accompanied. It's not much fun for the wives. That said it's close to the shops.
