I work with Aeropro, my name is Abrar. Hope you wont mind me trying my best to give an impartial view. There are some really good agencies out there, and some really bad from what I hear. I genuinely feel we're one of the good ones, we're not perfect, we do make mistakes but we do absolutely everything within our power to correct them when they do happen (Which is seldom...). Most importantly me and my colleagues care about our customers which is people such as yourselves and the Airlines.
Salary and market is a tough and broad topic to discuss here in detail, just wanted to say and I only speak for myself that, the consultants in Aeropro are always trying to get the best package possible for the Pilots who will do the job.
