Any institution will do the trick. Price around. It makes no difference to future job prospects as to where you learnt to fly. Having said that you probably will receive the best level of training from someone like 43 Air School in Port Alfred.
As far as qualification goes the minimum in order to have a satisfying career for most would be an ATP license.
Go for it flying is the most rewarding career one can follow. I can promise you those moaning about aviation would be moaning in any other career they choose.
Their visions of greatness born from years of false, overinflated praise, for mediocre to poor performances from parents and teachers, have left them with shattered dreams that never where to be to start off. They have no idea what it takes to build a career from hard work.
