Thanks for that makes it clear for uk procedures. Just hope the rest of europe are doing the same thing.
With the sid if i don"t get the "now' in the clearance to climb i take it as it is now and make sure i repeat the clearance back with "now" incorporated with a slightly higher emphasise. No one has complained so far!!!!!
