SMT Member, did the survey tell how full the specific departure was for each of the airlines? As I understand NLH flights are very full, and that the last remaining seats sell more expensive.
On the other hand, it can also be noted that the survey you refer to is very good news for NLH. If NLH have a loadfactor close to 100 per cent and are more expensive than the competitors on 9 out of 10 tickets, they must do something right. Good business for them!
