The Americans started to learn finally after the crash of the Dash and loss of 50 lives. What will it take at CX? Couple of hundred in one hit? Remember with Colgan you had fatigued pilots, operational pressures, poor rostering, flight crew gradients and a company that prioritised money above lives and safety. Sounds like a familiar story to me.....
