If true, seems to be an interesting policy. Provide your staff so little they can't even afford to live in the place they are employed.
Makes me also wonder, who are the people accepting these packages? Does it reflect on the whole standard of the new CX recuit? I have no idea. All I know is, when many years ago, I went ( unsuccessfully) through the CX interview process, if it was suggested that the pay on offer would not let you live comfortably with your family in Hong Kong, most applicants would not have bothered to apply.
