Andrew certainly be a bit tight westbound on a 757 to Chicago from BHX.
Agree cargo on a 767 flt would be preferable, but now AA are in One World doubt they would look at BHX, which is a One World free zone apart from some codeshares with Fly Be.
So would have to be UA and they have heavy premium seat 767s for business routes
