I did hear that it could be as high as forty, yes 40, new pilots to the company. Mixture of rated and none rated pilots. All on PPY 50 contract, which for those joining us is a permanent contract working full time summer part time winter.
Also what was surprising that there could be recruitment onto the 757 at the far northern bases. Told from the outgoing pilot business manager.
Upgrades from current pilots would probably not be this year, maybe next but that all depends on how many current captains can or will take PTW.
