sid/star intermediate level offs
hello
when cleared for a sid or star i know we adhere to the restrictions for altitudes or flight levels on the plate, however what if on a star you are cleared by atc to say fl 70 and prior to that there is a fl restriction. Do or don't you make the restriction.
I alway thought you did, but then thought about a sid which when cleared for higher you just climb to it and seem to ignore the other restrictions. ("climb now" seems to have virtually vanished now)
