Who gives a toss if it's QFE or QNH? The plate will likely have both heights and altitudes annotated so just pick one and use it consistently as required! Honestly, some people seem to be making an issue out of nothing!
I'd have an A5 plate on my knee, highlight the minima, step alts, safety alts, and the MAP.
