Some people would
like you to believe that - and that's the sword upon which
Ansett, East-West, IPEC, and
Australian (aka TAA) perished by espousing that.
The reality is that management can do what ever they want because the only weapon in the workers armoury is strike action.
Sorry to disagree again,
pFO. As a matter of opinion, strike action is one of only many tactics available to a now more industrial-savvy pilot workforce.
"Safety first", and Health have never been more important than in today's fast moving world.
