Error in Nav - Well, the worst that could really happen is that you're late for dinner. Surely you wouldn't fly into the 5000' mountains would you?
Wheels - You most probably won't fly solo in a Seneca (the only a/c there with retractable u/c), so you would therefore never be pilot-in-command. i.e. your instructor/examiner has ultimate responsibility.
Fuel - Humm......difficult one. Realistically you are not going to go flying solo unless you have
loads of fuel. Even if you didn't change tanks, the chances are you would still be OK
