@ THE G-FORC3 yeah a bit silly, that's what I'm trying to say....no point to let them getting through the process and managed to even reach the interview step while applicants with no hours or experience have been rejected at the initial screening and its places took by rated applicants. By now what is done is done and I can say that I really enjoyed this experience whatever my outcome will be. This cadetship is still a huge opportunity for people out there, what I would like is that the next time a more professional initial screening should be absolutely done. Good luck to everyone.
