Baloney! this is the ridiculous thing i've ever heard. Getting a message saying to come back in 12 months time and still hoping to get called up is the ridiculous thing i've ever heard. They dont change your status for no reason. They changed it is because you didnt make it. Period. If you still refuse to believe that or DOUBT that then you're a fool.
