As a Direct Entry First Officer (Freighter Fleet), you will initially be based in Europe, UK, USA, Canada or Australia operating Cathay Pacific Airways freighter aircraft. You will receive a competitive Freighter Fleet salary paid in the applicable base currency. An attractive benefits package is also offered, which includes concessionary travel and medical benefits. Right of abode, immigration and tax affairs of the applicable base area, are the sole responsibility of the officer. Future opportunities will exist for you, following an initial period of three years solely flying freighter aircraft, to transfer to the Cathay Pacific Airways passenger fleet and receive a Passenger Fleet remuneration package. You must meet the following minimum requirements: • ICAO Airline Transport Pilot’s License (ATPL) • A minimum of 1,000 hours Airline Jet Transport, Command Turbo Prop (MAUW greater than 20,000kgs), High Performance Military Jet, Military Flying Instruction (fixed wing), or Command Corporate Jet • No older than 46yrs at the time of application • Hold a current Class One Medical • Fluent spoken and written English.
