The CEO stated a few years ago they wanted to stay with LSG as their Chinese meals do better with KAs passenger. KA has a much higher percentage Chinese onboard than CX and that was the reason they would not change caterer.
I think the ownership in LSG is an important reason also, if they sold it I am sure CX catering would be able to cook a sweat and sour pork also...
