JMC 'Unfair dismissal'
Article in tonights Manchester Evening News about two cabin crew taking JMC to tribunal.
Allegations made that the two girls were dismissed having consumed half a pint of lager each during a day stop at LGW. management were waiting for their return to MAN following allegations by the Cabin manager that her drinks had been spiked. (so much so that she called in sick and didn't operate).
Further allegation that Captain gave permission to the crew to 'have a drink' when eating a meal at a local pub during the day stop.
