Port Blair
I have flown in a number of times but I seriously doubt that you can fly in witha private aircraft. It's a pretty tricky airport with notorious weather and and it's one way in/out . There is some outfit operating float planes in the area so you may want to get a hold of them to see if they can give you some guidance, don't remember the name though .....
